What if I’m still not happy?
You have the right to appeal any Believe Housing Australia decision that you feel affects your tenancy.
An appeal is a formal review process where you ask Believe Housing Australia to reconsider the decision. A staff member will provide you with an Appeals fact sheet and assist you with the process.
Unreasonable complainant conduct
Sometimes a complainant’s conduct can go beyond what is acceptable. This includes, but is not limited to, a complainant engaging in behaviour or communication that is:
- unreasonably persistent or demanding
- uncooperative or obstructive
- offensive, aggressive or threatening (physically or verbally)
When this happens, Believe Housing Australia may adapt how we interact with you. For example, requesting you communicate via a single point or method of contact.
